Need your order faster? Choose our Express Shipping option for just $25 and get your jacket within 8 to 11 business days.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Processing Time: 7 to 9 business days
  • Customized Orders: Take up to 20 days
  • If an order is not dispatched within 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund.

Track Your Order

Once your jacket is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking code via email. You’ll have the chance to follow your parcel’s journey and check the expected delivery date.

Upon demand, we offer a photograph of the package before its dispatch.

Where We Ship From

Multiple Orders & Delivery Exceptions

If you’ve placed multiple orders, we try to ship all items together. Nonetheless, based on production timing, some items ship separately.

Please note: We do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses for security and tracking reasons.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier attempts delivery multiple times and you’re unavailable, the package is returned or discarded. In such cases, Jackets Company will not be responsible for lost items or refunds.
