Return and Exchange Policy
At Jackets Company, we strive to guarantee that our customers get high-quality jackets and coats. These garments meet their expectations in both style and comfort. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we have clear return and exchange policies. These policies are customer-friendly to support you.
30-Day Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 30-day return and exchange choice from the date your order is delivered. If you wish to exchange or return any item, you must inform us within 30 days. After this period, unfortunately, we can’t process any return or exchange requests.
Please note: Returned items must be unused and unwashed. They must be in their original packaging with tags attached. Only then are they eligible for return or exchange.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, we recommend doing so within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations made within this time frame are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
If your cancellation demand is made after 24 hours, the following conditions apply:
- If the order is canceled within 3 days, and the product has not been shipped. We will refund 70% of the amount. 30% of the amount will be deducted as handling and processing fees.
- We regret that we can’t cancel the order if the item has been shipped. We are also not able to give a refund.
Exchange Policy Guidelines
The product must be returned in its original condition for us to accept exchanges. It should be unworn, undamaged, and have all tags intact. Exchanges are possible for the same item in a different size or color, depending on stock availability.
Important Notes:
- The buyer is responsible for the shipping charges when sending the product back to us for exchange.
- We recommend using a traceable shipping method for returns.
Return Policy Details
Please review the following points carefully before requesting a return:
- Items must be returned in original packaging, with no damage, stains, or signs of wear.
- We do not accept returns of multiple similar products ordered in different sizes. Returns are allowed only if one was purchased as a size trial.
- Shipping, handling, and service charges are non-refundable.
- Items with tags removed or signs of use will not qualify for return or exchange.
- Once we get the item, refund processing will take between 25 to 30 business days to be completed.
Who Pays Return Shipping?
The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs. These include handling fees. The fees vary based on the weight, size, and location of the return.
